Additional Terms & Conditions
The February Flash Sale (the “Flash Sale Offer”) applies to new and individual bookings made between 2/18/2025 – 2/28/2025 (the “ Booking Window”), and is available for select sailings departing between 3/22/2025 – 5/26/2025 (the “Flash Sailing Window”). The Flash Sale Offer provides up to $3,000 off the cruise fare and is combinable with the Wave Offer, which includes up to $1,000 onboard spending (OBC) per cabin based on stateroom category. Club Continent Suites and above will receive $1,000 OBC, Veranda staterooms receive $500 OBC, Oceanview staterooms receive $400 OBC, and Interior staterooms receive $200 OBC. Prior to sailing, OBC may be used to book shore excursions, and onboard, it can be applied to shore excursions, spa services, specialty dining, and other select activities. Group bookings are not eligible; however, an individual booking transferred to a group will retain the promotion. The Flash Sale Offer is available in the U.S., Canada, and select global markets. The Pay-In-Full Offer (the “Offer”) is available to guests on eligible bookings who choose to pay their cruise fare balance in full: (i) either at the time of booking or (ii) after receiving an email indicating they are eligible. The Offer is available for select bookings on sailings departing 180 days or more in the future (the “Offer Period”). Guests who choose to participate in the Offer will retain the normal cancellation policy, and the refundability of the cruise fare will not be impacted. Guests who choose to participate and pay their sailing in full, will receive an Onboard Spending Credit (“OBC”) 5% in value of the cruise fare to be used on the sailing that is paid in full. Guests must add the Offer before making full payment, or no OBC will be added to the booking. Bookings already paid-in-full will not be eligible for the Offer. Guests must call their Travel Advisors to participate in the Offer. The Offer is combinable with Back-to-Back OBC, Loyalty quarterly savings, National Account amenity or hosted programs, reduced single supplements, and onboard booking savings. The Offer does not combine with onboard booking reduced deposits, net rates, travel agent rates, groups, statement agencies, or employee rates. Offer and pricing are subject to availability and change without notice and may be withdrawn by Azamara at any time. Unless otherwise noted, all amounts referred to herein are in USD (United States Dollars). After the Offer Period, if a guest changes their ship and sail date, changes their category, or requests a refund, the Pay-In-Full Benefits will be forfeited. The Offer is subject to end at any time. Upon submission of payment (or final payment), the guest will acknowledge that they have read, understand, and accept the terms and conditions of the Cruise Ticket Contract, including the Cancellation Policy.
